RUNNING CLUBS
to Help You with your Training
If you want to be a regularly runner, try joining a running club.
It really helps sometimes to put a little bit of structure in your life. Also,
knowing that there will always be somebody else there to run with you will be just what it
takes to get you out of bed some mornings.

I am a member of the following running clubs that I highly recommend:

The Dead Runners Society also provides some sort of trail running
