cost. If we decide to proceed
together, then I charge at my professionals services rates.
Activities typically include the following:

complete initial development of your site

agree on further work, if required

receive final payment after completing your site

prefer to conduct most website design and development on
a time and materials basis, with an agreed upon ceiling on
